Speed Adjustment Bulgarians

Speed adjustment ear is a tool with a function of mounting a certain number of turns of sliphon, cut or polished disc to select the optimum speed under a specific material.

When a bulb with a speed adjustment is needed

The main purpose is to process different materials. The metal should be 2,000 to 3,000 rpm, cut a rock by approximately 6,000 min, and the metal should be cut from 7,000 to 10,000 min. The tree sliphage is carried out at minimum speeds ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 depending on its density. If you try to work with a tree of 6,000 o/min, the detail will be black, and the boards will come into trouble. And for a 15-mm bolt cut in diameter, it'll take 8,000 min.

Speed ear selection parameters with speed adjustment

  • The range of rotations depends primarily on the maximum diameter of the embarkation. The less disk, the faster it turns. For ears 115 and 125 mm with speed adjustment, this parameter varies from 2800 to 10,000 to 12,000 min. The 150 mm CMM has a narrow range of between 2300 and 9,000 v/min. Most chalk with a disk of 180 mm can change the speed between 3,000 and 8,000 Ω/min.
  • Power - domestic A ear with a speed adjustment of not more than 1,200 W can be operated with disks of 115 to 125 mm. It'll be good for work not more than 30 to 40 minutes a day: cut the pieces from metal, wood, plastic thickness of about 50 to 60 mm depending on the diameter of the hull itself. The models are the most commonly used with large diameter discs (150, 180, 200 mm) and work between 4 and 6 hours without a high-power interval between 2000 and 3000 W. By the way, the cost of such an instrument is higher than domestic.
  • A smooth start system will improve safety in the workplace, especially if maximum turns are made, and it will allow a careful start. The function of maintaining constant turnover is important in the processing of solid materials so that productivity does not fall when the disk is exposed to the material.
